The Buyer Forms Adventure (1621432) - 4 Credit Hours

Description

This class will take you on an adventure for 9 different types of transactions. The student will fill out the forms with the given information. The seller will then respond to the offer and if it becomes an accepted offer the home inspection adventure will begin.  There are other twists and turns in this class. No two classes will be exactly the same, just as no two buyers are the same. We will cover 55 and over, 3 vacant land contracts, VA, FHA, Cash, FSBO, and many other scenarios an agent deals with.
