Jamie serves as the MLS Technology Director, overseeing a spectrum of essential services including management of IDX Feeds, MLS Training, Statistics, and Data Integrity. Additionally, she is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the CRR website, Flexmls Dashboard, and actively engages in researching and implementing innovative technologies tailored to meet the evolving needs of MLS subscribers.

As our Member Engagement Coordinator, Ally is the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere in our office. In addition, Ally designs graphics for classes and events, and manages our social media accounts, keeping our members engaged and informed.

Jennifer is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Coeur d'Alene Regional REALTORS®. She works closely with the Board of Directors on management of the organization and is the liaison for the Professional Development and Membership committees. Jennifer is also responsible for all Professional Development and can assist with education questions.

Vanita holds the dual role of Office Manager and Compliance Director, with additional responsibilities as a Supra Administrator. Her expertise extends to facilitating the establishment of Supra EKey and Lockbox accounts, offering assistance with inquiries regarding listings in Flex, and serving as a liaison for the Community Outreach Committee and Membership Committee.

Melissa Washburn is our newest team member and a dedicated accounting professional. She has a strong academic background from Lewis‑Clark State College and she brings a solid foundation in financial management, reporting, and operational oversight. Known for her compassionate leadership style, Melissa prioritizes respect and empowerment. She’s committed to helping us thrive while delivering excellence in every project she undertakes.

John is the MLS Director for the Coeur d’Alene Multiple Listing Service and the Government Affairs Director for Coeur d’Alene Regional REALTORS®. He oversees MLS operations, data integrity, compliance, and long-term system strategy, ensuring brokers and agents have reliable, high-quality tools. In his Government Affairs role, he leads the association’s advocacy efforts, working with local officials and the Public Policy Committee to advance home ownership and protect private property rights.
