Coeur d'Alene Multiple Listing Service

MLS Participant (Designated Broker) Application

Instructions

In order to be eligible for membership with the Coeur d'Alene Multiple Listing Service, your Designated Broker license must be active with the Idaho Real Estate Commission.  If you are now (or were in the prior year) a member with another Association of REALTORS®, you must submit a letter of good standing from your PRIMARY Association.

The Designated Broker must be a member of the MLS for any agent with the Broker's office to be eligible for access to Coeur d'Alene MLS.

  • Broker is a REALTOR® member with another organization, or will be applying for REALTOR® membership with CRR, and is applying for MLS Membership as a REALTOR®
  • Must hold an active IDAHO real estate license

Designated Broker Obligations & Responsibilities:

  • Participants (Designated Broker) and every authorized Subscriber and Admin wanting MLS access are required to attend the MLS 101 training (live or online) within 30 days of receiving access. Failure to complete the course will result in loss of access.

  • Monthly Subscription Fees: Participant is responsible for the quarterly fee for each active licensee and admin with MLS access in your office. 
  • Broker is not currently a REALTOR® member with another organization, and is applying for MLS Membership as a non-REALTOR®
  • Must hold an active IDAHO real estate license
