Course Description: This course reviews NAR's Code of Ethics and utilizes case studies to help implement best practices into your business. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training within three-year cycles. Current cycle 6 runs: January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021. This is a NAR requirement - NOT an license renewal requirement. CAR 2021 

Education Policy 1. Class must be paid in full prior to the start of class to receive credit. 2. You must sign-in to receive credit. 3. 100% attendance is required to receive credit. If late, credit for the course will not be given. *Please note, “End Times” for a class is a projection. 4. The Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. 5. Electric usage is NOT permitted during class, unless otherwise specified by Instructor. Periodic breaks will be provided to allow time to return phone calls and to check emails. 6. Requests for refunds must be made at least 24 hours prior to start the start time of the course. 7. If course is missed by licensee, and no notice was given, all fees are forfeited.
